Our privacy policy is simple: You own Your personal information and it will never be sold. Period. We are committed to protecting your information you willingly provide us to the best of our capabilities.

U.S. federal laws often require Your personal health-related information to be protected and to let You know how Your information may be used or released. This Notice informs You what we may do with Your information and Your rights.

Although the Sensitometer™ Application is not a medical device and is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA or HITECH rules and regulations, Sensitometer™, LLC has adopted security measures to protect the privacy of information created or received about You to the best of our abilities. We are posting this Notice describing our privacy policies and the reasons for those policies to describe how we will use or share such information and will post a new Notice if our privacy policy changes.


When you visit and or download our Product, we may gather information necessary to identify your needs and to provide you with better service. Through your use or registration as a user, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to:

  • Personal information that You voluntarily provide to Us, including but not limited to Your name, street address, telephone numbers and email address.
  • Contact information including email address and cell phone number.
  • Demographic information including zip code, product preferences and interests.
  • Internet Protocol ("IP") Address and other persistent identifiers.
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and offers from third party advertisers based on your use of the Product.
  • If you become a registered user or if you conduct transactions through our website or Application, we will collect information about the transactions you engage in while on the website and your other activity on the site. This information may include, without limitation, areas of the website that you visit, transaction type, content that you view, download or submit, transaction amount, payment, and billing information as well as the nature, quantity and price of the goods or services you exchange and the individuals or entities with whom you communicate or transact business.
  • Your current location, with your permission, via GPS (global positioning systems / satellites) to enable Us to provide You with Your local weather, pollution, pollen, mold spore, viral infections and other environmental or health information.

Some of this information, including name and contact information, will only be collected if you voluntarily provide it during the user registration process. We may also track information such as the domain name and the name of the web page from which you entered our website and Application, and how much time you spend on each of our pages. We collect information that is combined with other web visitors' information, such as how many times visitors click on each web page and the methods by which our website was found. We may collect IP addresses and website usage information from you when you visit our website via the use of "cookies". An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet.

A cookie is a small file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer ready for future access when you return to our Site. We use cookies to deliver web content specific to you and to keep track of your online order activity. Cookies cannot pass viruses, harm your computer or pass on private information such as an email address without the computer user's intervention.   • The personal information collected by Us will be used to provide Subscriber services You have requested or authorized, including but not limited to offering You, coupons to be delivered to You from Us from third parties.
  • We may also use non-personal information for research purposes and may provide such information, de-identified, in the aggregate to third parties.

Furthermore, your information may be used for:

Treatment – Health information may be used or disclosed to make sure that needed medical treatments and services are received. For example, Your medical information may be given to a pharmacist when You purchase a prescription.

Payment – Your information may be used and disclosed to others to bill and collect payment for health related treatments and services You received. Medical information may also be shared with other government programs such as Worker's Compensation, Medicare or private insurance to manage Your benefits and payments. For example, should we be asked to send a claim form to Your insurer for payment, the claim form will include information identifying You, Your diagnosis and treatment.

Health Care Operations – Medical information may be used or disclosed in order to carry out necessary medical benefit or medical services related activities. These activities may include quality and cost improvement functions such as conducting or arranging for medical review, quality improvement studies, audit services, management or general administration.

Other ways Your information may be used or disclosed without written permission include:

Informing You – Your information may be used in order to let You know about healthcare products and services. This may include contacting You for appointment reminders, telling You about treatment alternatives, sending You coupons for medications or giving You information about benefits or services.

Public Health – Information may be reported to a public health authority or other government authorities authorized by law to collect or receive information to help prevent or control diseases, injury, disability, infection exposures and/or child abuse or family violence. The authorities may include local, state or federal governmental agencies. For example, Your medical information may be shared if You are exposed to a communicable disease or may otherwise be at risk of contracting or spreading a disease.

Health Oversight Activities – Information may be shared with other government agencies that provide oversight of the health care system. Examples of this include licensing and inspecting of medical facilities, audits or other proceedings related to oversight of the health care system.

Coroners, Medical Examiners – Your medical information may be released to a medical examiner, coroner or funeral director as needed to carry out duties authorized by law.

For Organ Donations – If You are an organ donor, information may be given to the organization that finds transplant organs for the purpose of an organ transplantation or donation.

Worker's Compensation – Your information may be disclosed to comply with Worker's Compensation or other similar laws.

Public Safety – Your information may be disclosed to prevent or lessen a serious threat to the health or safety of another person, the general public or You.

Law Enforcement – Your information may be disclosed to fulfill a requirement by law or law enforcement agencies. As an example, medical information may be used to identify or locate a missing person.

Required by Law – In addition to the ways listed above, in which Your medical information may be disclosed, Sensitometer™, LLC may share Your information when required by law.

Under normal circumstances, We will never release your provided information to any third party without your consent. However, in cases of Terms violations or illegal activities, we reserve the right to forward any and all known information about you and your accounts to your ISP (including libraries, schools, and places of employment), email service provider, your ISP account owner (if someone else is actually paying for it), and any parties whose copyright has clearly been infringed by your actions on the boards, or requests from law enforcement authorities.

We may contract with other companies and individuals to help Us provide services, such as hosting some of our content on another company's computer. We may hire another company to answer Subscriber questions or send out information about our products and other services. In order to perform their jobs, these companies may have limited access to some of the information we maintain about You. We require all such companies to comply with the terms of our Privacy Policy, to limit their access to any personal information to the minimum necessary to perform their obligations and not to use the information they may access for purposes other than fulfilling their responsibilities to Us.

Your data may be stored in a customer data center in the United States or in any country in which Sensitometer™, LLC or its vendors and agents maintain facilities.


We will not use or disclose Your information for reasons other than those described in this Notice without Your authorization. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by submitting deleting this mobile application or by submitting a completed request to the address listed in the "To Use Your Rights" section of this document. If You withdraw Your authorization, we will no longer be able to use or disclose information about You for purposes covered by Your authorization. If authorization is withdrawn, we will be unable to take back any previous disclosures made with Your authorization.


We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of all individuals, especially the very young. Our services are intended for United States audiences over the age of 18. We neither target nor sell our products to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Subscribing to our online service is restricted to adults who are either 18 years of age or older or as otherwise legally defined.


If you click on a link and go to another site, you will be subject to that website's privacy policy. If we conduct business with that website such that we need to exchange personally identifiable information, we will do our best to make sure that the business has a privacy policy just as protective as ours. We encourage you to read the posted privacy policy statement at any website before submitting any personal information at all.


You have the right to:

See or Copy Your Information – To see or copy enrollment, claim or other records used to make decisions about Your services, send in a completed request form to the address listed in the "To Use Your Rights" section of this document. A fee may be charged to cover the processing cost of Your request.

Correct Information You Believe to be Incorrect or Incomplete – To ask for a correction to records used to make decisions about Your health plan services, send in a completed request form to the address listed in the "To Use Your Rights" section of this document. Your request will be reviewed. If the change is not allowed, You will be told in writing why and how You can disagree.

Request Restrictions on Using or Sharing Your Information for Treatment, Payment or Health Care Operations – You have the right to request restrictions on how Your information is used or disclosed. Sensitometer™, LLC is not required to agree to Your requested restrictions. After You send a completed request to the address listed below, Your request will be evaluated.

Request that You be Informed about Your Health in a Way or at a Location that will help keep Your Information Private. You have a right to request how and where we contact You about Your medical information. After sending a request to the address listed in the "To Use Your Rights" section of this document, Your request will be evaluated and we will let You know if it can be done.

Printing a Copy of this Notice – You have the right to print a copy of this notice.
